Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
As long as your order has not shipped yet, you can cancel your order. Please contact us at info@shophotbody.com with your order number to do so.
What is your processing time for shipped online orders.
Our processing time for shipped orders is usually 2-3 business days.

Can I return?
Returns are accepted for 14 days from the in store purchase date or 14 days from the date in which you received your purchase in the mail for a full refund. Please send us an email to info@shophotbody.com with your order number and reason for return and we will get back to you with a return label to send the items back to us.
All returns must be unworn, unwashed and smell free with tags attached to be accepted. Sale items, swim wear, accessories, sunglasses, jewelry are final sale.
